Breathwork for ConnectionĀ

Take your meditation practice off screen

You've thought your way through this already. Journaled it. Talked it through. Made the pros and cons list. And it's still there in the morning.

Ā

Some things aren't a thinking problem.

Ā

Breathwork is a meditation that uses active breath to quiet the mind and let the body speak. Not stillness. Not sitting with a timer trying not to fidget. Real movement of breath, in a room with other people doing the same thing, because healing doesn't happen alone and it definitely doesn't happen on Zoom with your camera off.

Hi, Im Chauna

I haveĀ over 20 years of experience in Pilates and breathwork. I'm the founder of Breath Liberation Society, a trauma-informed breathwork training school built as an inclusive alternative to traditional guru-led programs. Through my 5-month certification, I have trained over 70 facilitators in decolonizing breathwork and making it accessible to everyone.

"Chauna is a true healer and holds space for others in a way that promotes growth, healing, introspection, or whatever your soul is calling for at the time." — MP

Maybe you are thinking...Ā

"I'm bad at meditation." Great. This isn't that. You're not emptying your mind, you're giving your body a job so your mind can finally stop running the show.

"I don't want to share with strangers." Sharing is optional. Genuinely. Plenty of people breathe and leave without saying a word.

"What if something big comes up?" It might. That's the point. And you won't be handling it alone.
