Meet Chauna
Hi, I am Chauna, a Breathworker, Founder, head teacher at Breath Liberation Society, and movement enthusiast and dog mom. I founded Breath Liberation Society because I wanted to see more diverse voices and lived experiences represented in the field of Breathwork. What started as a training program has quickly turned into a community of folks who are passionate about Breathwork and other healing modalities that build resilience and deepen intuition.
When you join me for a group or private session expect a container where you will be held, supported, and encouraged to step further into your personal power.
Hosting events really lights me up. For those you who found Breathwork during the pandemic and have not experienced the magic of in-person Breathwork, this will be epic. For everyone else, you already know what is possible. Welcome back 🤗
