HRV (heart rate variability) might sound like science-speak, but it’s actually one of the most important markers of your health and resilience. On Day Two, you’ll learn what HRV really means, and the exact lung-stretching breath that can improve it.

Day THREE: Breathe for Deeper Connection to Your Intuition

Your breath is more than oxygen; it's a compass. Day Three, you'll learn how to decode your breath experiences, turning every session into a tool for divination, clarity, and self-trust.
