Energetic Boundaries are one of the first things you will learn in Breathwork training at BLS.

 

✨ For you as a facilitator → Without strong boundaries, you risk taking on attachments and cords of connection from the people you help. These invisible energetic ties drain your energy, leaving you physically and emotionally depleted. It’s like hearing a sad story and thinking about it for hours, except magnified x100.

 

✨ For your clients → When you have strong boundaries, your clients are empowered to do their own healing. Instead of relying on you to hold their pain, they build resilience and prevent unhealthy dependence on the facilitator.

Hi I'm Chauna, a Breath and Instinct coach. I teach "helping" professionals how to reconnect with their intuition, protect their energy, and use breathwork as a tool for self-trust.
